Transparency. Respect. Protection.

BlueWolfiesArt is a one-person, independent shop run by me — AJ Dequito — a certified graphic designer, artist, and creative storyteller. I create and sell original artwork along with carefully crafted fan art inspired by the characters, games, and shows that shaped me growing up.

This policy explains how I handle fan art in my shop and shows that I always aim to respect original creators, copyright laws, and responsible artistic practices.

🖌️ Fan Art Disclaimers

Some of the products in my shop — like stickers, mini prints, and possibly future items like pins or keychains — are inspired by popular media from anime, games, and cartoons.

All fan art in my shop is:

• 💻 100% hand-drawn in my personal art style

• ✍️ Created from scratch — no tracing or copying

• 🎨 Designed as fun, transformative pieces that bring a unique spin to beloved characters

🛑 I do not own the rights to any of the characters, logos, or intellectual properties featured in fan art. All rights belong to the original authors, studios, and production companies.

These creations are unofficial, not licensed or endorsed. They are made for personal expression and small-scale sharing — not as commercial replacements for official merchandise.

💡 Fair Use & Transformative Art

Fan art can fall under the U.S. Copyright Office’s fair use guidelines, especially when the artwork:

• Transforms the original design or context

• Is made on a small scale for creative expression

• Adds new meaning, perspective, or artistic value

That said, fair use isn’t guaranteed. If a copyright holder asks me to remove something, I will do so respectfully and promptly.
